Today I ordered a kebab at 18:04 for £38.30 for pickup. We arrived to pick up our order at 18:40. But the order was not ready and no one was going to cook it. They said the system is not working . And since I don't understand English, I wanted to talk through translate. But in response, the man at the checkout waved his hands like leave and did not want to read the translate. He was yelling at his own. For me, this relationship was rude . Very rudely and as a Nazi , he did not enter into our positions . I realized later that their system was not working and I wanted to clarify on the translate when the order would be ready and whether they would cook and show the receipt that we had paid. But he yelled at us in response and did not read the translation . And since he doesn't listen, he doesn't want to read, I had to speak my own language . But I heard in response shut your mouth! And since I know exactly how to translate it! And so we left without an order and without money . And all this led to a mess! Unfortunately we didn’t get our money back and went home without our order! We don’t recommend this restaurant also now!

Delivery time was 2 hours, we are 10 minutes away in a car, if delivery was free I would fully understand but I'm paying extra for my food to be delivered, I don't care if you have walk ins I am paying more than them and should be prioritised, not the other way around.

Ordered from Berwick in error as I live in Selkirk . Phoned straight away as I had paid online to collect. Man on the phone told me “ tough cancel the order” and hung up. I followed instructions on website and got nowhere. Phoned back and was shouted at and hung up on again. I phoned Selkirk to ask for advice and they couldn’t have been nicer and gave me a discount even though they are only connected in name. Poor Berwick having to deal with individual. Intentionally left no stars as I never got any food and they clearly don’t give a monkeys. Awful. Avoid or eat beans on toast 😡

Delicious pizzas, reasonable price, great service:)

All the food except the chips went to waste, food quality was very poor. Really disappointed that we wasted so much money and our meals ended up in the bin. The one person who did eat half of their wrap had an upset stomach for 2 days afterwards.

Wraps and Pizzas were excellent but we were disappointed with the lack of Donner meat on the Donner Meat pizza.

The lads in Berwick are brilliant.

Staff extremely friendly very nice the food is amazing we got a large chicken kebab and was outstanding for size and taste and a large mixed kebab the salad and sauce was separate which was amazing would highly recommended Ozkan’s it’s amazing.😄👍✅

We ordered the house special kebab and it was amazing just 1 thing would expect more Donner meat for the price will definitely be back to order another 1

Ordered many things off the menu including specials, wraps, kebabs,donna and shish. All were excellent and will certainly be returning. The price of the food was very competitive too

Ordered online, at 5.50, told 6.40 delivery, phoned at 7.10 to be told 20 minutes, phoned at 7.48 to be told it was on its way, arrived at 8.05!!! Food was lovely but to even give an idea of timing for your delivery service is completely ridiculous and this isn’t the first time but will definitely be our last!

It was cold when received & 45 mins late as booked for 6 o clock so rang up & not very sympathetic so will not be ordering again as my husband left without tea for workmot be ordering again

Great food, and I'm sure if you did the whole walk in and order it world take 10 minutes, just can't understand why its always an hour minimum, In spite of what the website says. The food is great though kinda worth the pain.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Delivery driver is always polite too.
